摘 要:中国电力供需逆向分布、经济发展水平差异显著等特点,决定了其需要优化跨区、跨省电力输送容量,以实现发电资源在更大范围的全局优化。文中建立了基于点—弧模型的多成分并发清洁能源跨区、跨省交易路径优化模型,可计及最大社会效益、最大成交量等不同优化目标,并可实现考虑时段间耦合、波动率约束、输电通道容量等约束的跨区、跨省交易路径优化。同时提出了计及清洁能源的跨区、跨省交易路径优化弧—路模型,解决了点—弧模型对于含正权环路径优化问题的求解难题。基于中国特高压网架的简化网络模型进行计算,计算结果验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。Owing to the reverse distribution of energy supply and demand, and the different economic development levels in different areas in China, it's important to optimize trans-regional and trans-provincial transmission power to realize the global optimization of the generation sources in the wider areas of the whole country. The point-arc-model based path-optimization model for trans-regional and trans-provincial electricity trade taking into account multi-component clean energy is developed based on the different optimization targets, including maximum social benefits, minimum loss costs, and maximum volume, and realizing the electricity-trading-path optimization with constraints such as the period coupling, volatility and the transmission channel capacity, etc. The trans-regional and trans-provincial arc-path optimization model is also proposed to solve the difficult power-ring-routing optimization problem in the point-arc model. The simplified network model based on the backbone ultra-high-voltage power grid of China is adopted to implement the calculation that proves the validity of the proposed model and algorithm.
