体外震波碎石术治疗胆系结石——150例临床观察

摘　　要：应用超声定位干式体外震波碎石机治疗胆道系统结石150例。根据临床观察,效果确切,碎石率为96.6%,一周内排石率为77.3%。The paper reports the treatment of 150 cases with biliary tract stoneusing crashed stone machine. The stone was detected by B-ultrasonic waveand then broken by extracorporal shock wave. The method is safe, harmlessand with out anesthetics. Clinical observations prote shat the effect is obviouswith 96.6% broken stone rate and 77.3 percent removed stone rate in oneweek.
