摘　　要：目的评价DiasysR/S2003尿沉渣分析工作站性能。方法参照血液分析仪评价的有关规定,进行精密度和携带污染率的测试,以新鲜配制红细胞理论值和Fast-Read10板为标准进行准确性检测。结果白细胞CV高值为2.7%,低值为14.4%;红细胞CV高值为2.6%,低值为5.5%。白细胞计数的携带污染率0.14%,红细胞携带污染率0.19%。5个数量级红细胞工作站实际计数值与理论值偏差1%～20%,与Fast-Read10板偏差1.4%～11.1%相接近,R/S2003工作站与Fast-Read10板对比检测100份临床标本,结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论R/S2003分析工作站是一套技术性能较好的尿沉渣定量分析系统,可在临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the quality of Diasys R/S2003work station for urine deposition analysis.Methods Referring to the related rules of evaluating blood analysis instrument,precision and carrying stain rate were tested and the accuracy was examined with natural values of making red blood cells and Fas-Read 10 test board as standard.Results High value of CV of white blood cells was2.7%,low value was14.4%,high value of CV of red blood cells was2.6%,low value was5.5%.Carrying stain rate of white blood cells was0.14%,that of red blood cells was0.19%.Deviation values of natural counts in5numerical progression red blood cells work station with actual values were1%-20%,with test board were1.4%-11.1%.There was no significant statistical difference between the test values of100clinical samples and Fast-Read 10 test board.Conclusion R/S2003work station is technically reliable on quantitative analysis of urine deposition,and can be extensively used in clinical practice.
