糖复康对粮尿病大鼠肾皮质转化生长因子β_1表达的影响

摘  要:研究糖复康对糖尿病大鼠肾皮质转化生长因子β_1(TGFβ1)表达的影响。方法:以链脲佐菌素尾静脉注入法制作糖尿病大鼠模型。将成模大鼠分为模型组、糖复康低剂量组、糖复康高剂量组、苯那普利组,并设正常对照组。检测指标有尿蛋白排泄率(UTP)、肾皮质蛋白质非酶糖化终产物(AGEs)、TGFβ1、Ⅳ型胶原蛋白(Ⅳ-C)、纤维连接蛋白(FN)。结果:糖复康可下调UTP,与苯那普利作用相似,与模型组比较差异显著(P<0.01);糖复康下调糖尿病大鼠肾皮质AGEs表达而苯那普利无此作用;糖复康也可降低肾皮质TGFβ1表达,减轻Ⅳ-C、FN的聚积。结论:糖复康下调TGFβ1可能是其治疗糖尿病的机制之一。Objective:To study the mechanism of action of Tangfukang on diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods :The model was made by injecting streptozocin through caudal vein.There were5group:nolmal group,model group,low dose of Tangfukang group,high dose of Tangfukang group,benazepril group,The indexes were AGE 2 ,TGFβ 1 ,FN,IV-C,UTP.Results:Tangfukang could decrease UTP and had a same result with benazepril.There was an obvious difference between Tangfukang group and model group(P<0.01).Tangfukang could decrease AGE 2 expression,but benazepril couldn't.It also could lower TGFβ 1 expression and decrease the accumulation of IV-C and FN.Conclusion:The influence of Tangfukang on renocortical TGFβ 1 expression in diabetic rats may be one of the mechanisms of action on DM.
