平哮合剂对哮喘豚鼠模型影响的实验研究

摘　　要：研究平哮合剂对哮喘豚鼠引喘潜伏期及气道炎性细胞浸润的影响。方法:采用卵白蛋白致敏法制造动物模型,末次给药后24h记录诱喘潜伏时间,并行支气管肺泡灌洗用于细胞记数及分类。结果:平哮合剂能显著延长哮喘豚鼠的诱喘潜伏期,与模型组相比P<0.05,并能明显减轻哮喘豚鼠气道内(EOS)的浸润,与模型组相比P<0.05。结论:平哮合剂具有明确的平喘、抗炎作用。Objective:To study the influence of Pingxiao Granule on the incubation period of asthsma and the airway inflammatory cellular indiltration in guinea pigs.Methods :The asthma model was established by ovalbumin sensitization.Twenty-four hours after challenge,the incubatiod periods of asthma was recorded and the bronchoalveolar lavage was performed in order to examine the staff count and cytological classification.Results:Compared with model group,Pingxiao Granule could prolong the incubation period of asthma and relief the airway inflammatory cellular infiltration markedly,P<0.05.Conclusion:Pingxiao Granule has an obviously anti-asthmatic and anti-inflammatory action.
