摘  要:观察养肝柔筋方对疲劳运动训练大鼠骨骼肌能量代谢物质的影响。方法:采用游泳训练疲劳法制作运动疲劳模型,观察灌胃养肝柔筋方对大鼠肝、肌糖原、血糖、骨骼肌和血液LA、BUN、LDH含量的影响,并与传统糖原填充法对比。结果:大鼠运动性疲劳时,肌、肝糖原含量和血糖浓度下降,肌LA、血LA和血BUN含量增加,血LDH活力升高(均P<0.01),而灌胃养肝柔筋方组和糖原填充组则可显著改善上述状况。结论:糖原填充法和养肝柔筋方均可在一定程度上改善大鼠运动训练阶段骨骼肌能源物质的贮备和代谢状况,但作用机制有别。Objective:To observe the influence of Yanggan Roujin Decoction(Prescription of Nourishing the Liver and Tendon,YRD)on rat's energy metabolism in exercise.Methods :The influence of rat's hepatic and muscle glycogen,blood sugar,LA,BUN,LDH in muscle and blood were observed with sport fatigue model induced by over swimming training,after given filling method.Results:In model control group,the contents of muscle and hepatic glycogen and the concentration of blood sugar decreased and content of LA in muscle and blood,BUN in blood and the activity of LDH in blood increased,(they all reached P<0.01).While in YRD group and glycogen filling group,all above changes had been improved.Conclusion:Both Glycogen filing method and YRD can improve the storage and metabolism of energy material in muscle during sport training,but the mechanism are different.The former is good at increasing glycogen storage in a shot period,while the latter improving sugar metabolism.But the concrete mechanism should be studied deeply.
