摘  要:目的:探究社会支持、职业决策自我效能感对未来时间洞察力和主观幸福感关系的多重中介作用。方法:采用大学生未来时间洞察力量表、领悟社会支持量表、职业决策自我效能感量表、情感量表2和生活满意度量表对607名面临找工作的大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)未来时间洞察力能够对主观幸福感造成显著的正向影响;(2)社会支持和职业决策自我效能感的中介效应显著,其中介过程有双重中介和链式中介。结论:未来时间洞察力对幸福感既有直接影响,也可以通过社会支持和职业决策自我效能感的多重中介效应来间接影响。Objective: This study aimed to explore the relationship among future time perspective, social support, career decision-making self-efficacy and subjective well-being. Methods: A total of 607 senior college students completed the questionnaires measuring future time perspective(USFTPS), social support(PSSS), career decision-making self-efficacy(CD- MSE) and using Affeetometer 2 and the Satisfactions with Life Scale(SWLS) to measure subjective well-being. Results: (2) Future time perspective had a positive impact on subjective well-being. (2)Social support and career decision-making selfefficacy mediated the effect of future time perspective on the subjective weU-being. Conclusion: Future time perspective plays an important role to reduce the subjective well-being on employment directly and indirectly through the effects of social support and career decision-making self-efficacy.
