摘  要:由于绝缘纸板的介电常数大、耐高温性差及易分解,对延长变压器绝缘寿命和变压器往小型化、大容量发展造成了阻碍。为寻求替代纤维素绝缘纸的绝缘材料,选择聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚酯薄膜(PET)两种聚合物材料,与传统绝缘材料绝缘纸进行对比研究,分别在110℃、130℃的油中进行热老化试验,通过热重分析、差示扫描量热分析、原子力显微镜测试分析了3种材料的热裂解过程及裂解机理,纵向对比PC、PET和绝缘纸的相关参数。结果表明:从初始热分解温度、热焓值来看,PC的耐热性能、热稳定性最好,表面粗糙度远优于绝缘纸,因此PC代替纤维素绝缘纸作为油浸变压器中绝缘材料具有很好的研发前景和科研价值。Insulation pressboard has high permittivity, poor heat resistance, and low ageing resistance, which hinders the insulation life of transformer prolong and impedes transformer develop towards miniatur- ization and high capacity. In order to search the replacement insulating material of cellulosic insulation pressboard, polycarbonate (PC) and polyester film (PET) were chosen to compare with the traditional insu- lation pressboard. The three materials were conducted accelerated thermal ageing experiments in oil at II0 ~C and 130 ~C, and their pyrolytic process and pyrolysis mechanism were analyzed by thermogravimet- rie analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and atomic force microscope (AFM). The rele- vant parameters of PC, PET, and pressboard were compared. The results show that the heat resistance and thermal stability of PC are the best from the initial thermal decomposition temperature and enthalpy, and the surface roughness of PC is much superior to pressboard, so PC has great development prospect and scientific value to replace the pressboard and become the transformer insulation.
