摘 要:以4,4′-二氨基二苯基醚(ODA)为二胺,均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)为二酐,在合成的聚酰胺酸(PAA)树脂中添加碳黑及微米级消光剂粉末,制备了一种黑色亚光型聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜。采用SEM、光泽度仪、万能拉伸试验机、可见光分光光度计、TGA等对聚合物表面形貌和性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:添加微米级消光剂可有效降低PI膜的表面光泽度,当添加量为6%时,表面光泽度为44 GU;当添加量达到10%时,表面光泽度可降低到20 GU;力学性能随着消光剂添加量的增加而降低,透光率随着碳黑添加量的增加而降低。黑色亚光聚酰亚胺薄膜的热稳定性好,在氮气中起始降解温度超过500℃,在800℃时质量保持率为57%。A black and matte polyimide film was prepared through adding carbon black and matting agent to polyamide acid, which was synthesized from 4,4'-Oxydianiline (ODA) and pyromeUitic dianhy- dride (PMDA). Its surface morphology and performance were tested and analyzed by SEM, glossmeter, universal tensile testing machine, visible spectrophotometer, and TGA. The results show that the addition of micro matting agent would improve the gross of polyimide film effectively. When the matting agent addition amount is 6%, the gross is 44 GU; when the matting agent addition amount is 10%, the gross decreases to 20 GU. The mechanical properties decrease with the increase of matting agent addition amount, and the light transmittance decreases with the increase of carbon black content. The prepared black and matte polyimide film has good thermal stability, its initial decomposition temperature is higher than 500 ℃, and the residue at 800℃ under nitrogen atmosphere is 57%.
