摘  要:从宏观特征、微观组织、理化性能、金相组织等方面,分析了某地铁转向架用关键薄壁铸钢件发生疲劳裂纹的原因。依据失效分析结果,对裂纹部位进行铸造工艺分析,通过铸造工艺、材料及技术要求的优化升级,显著提高了产品内外部质量,大大提高了该铸件的可靠性与使用寿命,确保行车安全。From the aspects of macroscopic characteristics, microscopic morphology, physical and chemical properties, and metallographic structure, the causes of fatigue crack on the thin-wall steel casting were analyzed. Based on the failure analysis result, the casting process of the part with cracks was analyzed; by optimizing the casting process, the material and the technical requirements of the thin-wall steel casting, the internal and external quality of product was improved significantly. The reliability and service life of the product were guaranteed, and the driving safety was ensured.
