医药类院校学生药德教育工作新思路

摘　　要：目的:为更有效地开展医药类院校学生药德教育工作提供参考。方法:分析目前药德教育的现实困境,对医药类院校学生药德教育工作模式的构建进行探索。结果与结论:药德教育存在医药类院校重医德教育、轻药德教育,教师重知识传授、混淆德育与药德教育,学生重专业知识学习、轻药德养成的困境。建议通过将药德教育纳入人才培养计划,重视教师在药德教育中的作用,运用"第二课堂"等多种方式、方法来进行药德教育的思路进行工作模式构建。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for more effective development of pharmacy ethics education among college students. METHODS： The difficulty in pharmacy ethics education at present was analyzed, the construction of pharmacy ethics education pattern were explored in medical colleges. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： There were difficulties in the pharmacy ethics education,such as medical colleges attached importance to medical ethics education and despised pharmacy ethics education; teachers paid attention to knowledge transferring and confused moral education and pharmacy ethics education; students paid attention to professional knowledge learning and despised the caltivation of pharmacy ethics. The pharmacy ethics education was brought into the talent training plan. The role of teachers in pharmacy ethics education can be emphasized. The education pattern could be constructed by using various methods as “second classroom”.
