2006-2016年无锡市锡山区突发公共卫生事件的流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析锡山区2006-2016年突发公共卫生事件的分布状况及流行特征,为制定防控对策提供依据。方法收集锡山区2006-2016年突发公共卫生事件资料,采用描述性流行病学方法分析。结果 2006-2016年锡山区共报告突发公共卫生事件42起,发病数838例,罹患率为1.70%。事件级别以一般事件为主(35起,83.33%),类别以传染病疫情为主(39起,92.86%),呈现2个发生高峰,最高峰为11-次年1月(20起,47.62%),次高峰为3-6月(15起,35.71%)。报告数前三位的地区为东亭街道(11起)、东港镇(8起)和锡北镇(7起),幼托机构、中小学是事件发生的最主要场所。疫情持续时间的中位数为17.98 d。结论水痘、手足口病疫情是锡山区突发公共卫生事件防控的重点,应对重点人群推广相关疫苗的预防接种,减少暴发疫情的发生。Objective This research was designed to analyze the distribution and epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Xishan district from 2006 to 2016, and to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the data of public health emergencies in Xishan district from 2006 to 2016. Results A total of 42 public health emergencies were reported from 2006 to 2016. 838 cases were reported, and the attack rate was 1.70%. The event level was dominated by general events （35 cases, 83.33%）, and the categories were mainly infectious diseases （39 cases, 92.86%）. The distribution showed a two-peak profile. The highest peak was from November to January （20 cases, 47.62%）, and the secondary peak was from March to June （15 cases, 35.71%）. The top three areas were Dongting street （11 cases）, Donggang town （8 cases）, and Xibei town （7 cases）. Most public health emergencies occurred in preschools, primary and middle schools. The median duration was 17.98 days. Conclusion The epidemic situations of varieella and hand foot and mouth disease were the focus of prevention and control towards public health emergencies in Xishan district. We should promote vaccination against key populations to reduce outbreaks.
