摘  要:目的评价3种氨气检测管的精密度和准确度,为其应用于室内空气中氨的快速半定量检测提供科学依据。方法在密闭环境测试舱中,发生低(0.1~0.3 mg/m^3)、中(0.4~0.7 mg/m^3)、高(0.9~1.9 mg/m^3)9个不同浓度的氨气,分别应用3种氨气检测管和国家标准方法同时采样检测,对检测结果进行比较并评价其精密度和准确度。结果 3种氨气检测管的精密度相对标准偏差均在10%以内;大于检测管量程范围1/3时,3种氨气体检测管准确度相对误差小于15%,小于检测管量程范围1/3时,气体检测管准确度相对误差小于25%(0.25/a气体检测管最低浓度除外)。在0.2~1.0mg/m^3,0.5~3.0 mg/m^3氨浓度范围内,3种氨气检测管分别符合GB/T 7230-2008《气体检测管装置》要求。结论 3种品牌的检测管可以用于室内空气中氨快速半定量检测,但应注意其量程范围和准确度情况。Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the accuracy and precision for 3 kinds of ammonia gas detector tube measurement systems, in order to provide scientific evidence for fast quantitative detection at the scene. Methods Ammonia tubes (0.1-0.3 mg/m3, 0.4 -0.7 mg/m3, 0.9-1.9 mg/m3) with 9 different levels were made in closed environment test chamber. National standard method and 3 gas detector tube measurement systems were used to test the sample. The results were compared. Accuracy and precision were evaluated. Results Relative standard deviation for 3 kinds of gas detector tube t systems were within 10%. Relative error in greater than 1/3 range of 3 gas detector tube measurement systems were within 15%. Relative error in less than 1/3 range was within 25% except for minimal concentration of 0.25 per one ammonia detection tube. In the concentration range between 0.2-1.0 mg/m^3 and 0.5-3.0 mg/m^3, 3 gas detector tube measurement systems met the requirement of GB/T 7230-2008 gas detector tube t system respectively Conclusion Close attention should be paid to the measuring range and accuracy when 3 kinds of ammonia detector tube t systems were used in fast semi-quantitative detection at the scene.
