摘  要:针对喷涂成膜气液两相流动过程,采用欧拉—欧拉法建立喷涂成膜模型,模型包括喷雾流场模型和撞击粘附模型。采用非结构化网格划分控制域求解。对比分析表明,圆弧面静态周向喷涂喷雾流场形状与平面喷涂喷雾流场形状基本相同,轴向喷涂喷雾流场形状与平面喷涂喷雾流场形状有较大的区别。周向喷涂圆弧面时,喷锥宽度和液相碰撞角度受形面影响较小。轴向喷涂圆弧面时,外壁喷涂喷锥宽度大于平面喷涂喷锥宽度,喷锥边缘区域液相与壁面碰撞角度很小;内壁喷涂喷锥宽度略小于平面喷涂喷锥宽度,整个喷锥内液相与壁面始终保持较大的碰撞角度。试验证实喷涂成膜模型用于研究喷雾流场特性是可行的。The Euler method was used to describe the two-phase spray flow by establishing a paint deposition model consisting of a spray field flow model and impinging and sticking model. Unstructured meshes were generated for the control domain to solve the model. By comparison, the static spray flow field of circumferentially painting the cylindrical surface is nearly the same with that of painting fiat, while that of axially painting cylindrical surface is different from that of painting fiat. When circumferentially painting the cylindrical surface, the shape aspect has slight influence on the spray cone width and liquid impinging angle. When axially painting the cylindrical surface, the spray cone width resulted from painting on the exterior is larger than painting the flat, and the impinging angle between the liquid and the surface in the edge of the spray cone is very small. The spray cone width resulted from painting on the interior is slightly smaller than painting the flat, and the impinging angle between the liquid and the surface in the spray cone is big. Experiments verified the feasibility of the model in this paper.
