摘 要:用水溶性的阳离子表面活性剂全氟辛基季胺碘化物FC-134对碳纳米管进行非共价键改性,并用液相法制备改性碳纳米管/天然橡胶复合材料,研究了改性碳纳米管对天然橡胶复合材料的影响。结果表明,改性碳纳米管在水介质中具有很好的稳定性。佩恩效应表明,碳纳米管经过表面修饰增强了与橡胶的相互作用,降低了碳纳米管之间的相互作用。橡胶加工分析仪的结果表明,碳纳米管均匀地分散到复合材料中。与未改性碳纳米管/天然橡胶胶乳复合材料相比,改性碳纳米管/天然橡胶胶乳复合材料硫化胶的撕裂强度提高了65%,拉伸强度提高了29%。Carbon nanotubes were modified by non covalent bond with trimethyl-1-propanaminium iodide(FC-134)which was a water soluble cationic surfactant.The modified carbon nanotubes/natural rubber composites were prepared with the liquid phase method.The effect of the modified carbon nanotubes on the properties of the composites was studied.The results show that the modified carbon nanotubes are stable in water.Payne effect shows that the interaction between carbon nanotubes is weakened,and the carbon nanotubes-rubber interaction is enhanced.And the carbon nanotubes are uniformly dispersed in the composites as the result of rubber processing analyzer(RPA).When compared to the pristine carbon nanotubes/natural rubber latex composites,the tear strength and tensile strength are increased by 65% and 29%,respectively.
