摘　　要：2017年10月末，香港、台湾地区和韩国人民币存款总额较上月增加0．71％。11月份，香港人民币隔夜拆息下降，月末报收1．47％；香港人民币即期汇率月末报收6．611，当月上浮0．31％；境内外人民币即期汇率CNY和CNH平均汇差为67个基点，较上月缩小25个基点；境内外可交割人民币远期汇价之差为689个基点，较上月扩大119个基点；境外人民币债券发行规模比上月增加11％，交易量下降23％；香港和新加坡交易所的人民币期货交易量回升。At end-October 2017, the aggregate CNH deposits in Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea increased by 0.71% month- on-month. In November, the CNH Hibor O/N dropped and closed at 1.47%; the CNH spot rate closed at 6.611 at end- November, up 0.31% from the beginning of the month; the average spread between the CNH and CNY spot rates was 67 bps, down 25 bps month-on-month; the spread between the rates of the CNH and CNY deliverable forwards stood at 689 bps, up 119 bps month-on-month; the issuance of CNH bonds increased by 11% month-on-month, and the trading volume decreased by 23%; the CNH futures trading in HKEx and SGX picked up.
