基于可靠性核心理念下建立机车维修体制的相关思考

摘　　要：我国的铁路机车维修工作,工作内容比较复杂,工作强度越来越大。机车维修主要是分析机车的部件故障,针对问题采取合理的维修措施,从而提高机车维修的效率。基于此,论文研究了基于可靠性核心理念下的维修,在此基础上,论述了可靠性核心理念下的机车维修体制建立,并对可靠性核心理念下机车维修信息管理系统的建设进行具体分析,从而为我国铁路机车维修提供参考依据。The corntent of locomotive maintenance work of railway in China is complex, the work intensity is more and more big. Locomotive maintenance is mainly to analyze the fault of locomotive parts, take reasonable maintenance measures to solve the problem, and improve the efficiency of locomotive maintenance. Based on this, this paper studies the maintenance based on the core concept of reliability, and analyzes the establishment of locomotive maintenance under the reliability core concept, and analyzes the construction of locomotive maintenance information management system under the reliability core concept to provide reference for the railway locomotive maintenance of China.
