经乳晕单孔胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸28例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨经乳晕单孔胸腔镜手术治疗自发性气胸的效果和手术体会。方法:对笔者所在医院2年来收治的28例青年男性自发性气胸病例,采用乳晕单孔切口,行胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术,观察手术效果,讨论手术实践的心得。结果:全部28例手术均成功,疗效好,恢复快,外观满意,随访无复发。结论:经乳晕单孔胸腔镜手术治疗青年男性自发性气胸安全、可靠,值得推广。Objective： To discusss the efficacy and experience of VATS by Periareola incision in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax.Method： 28 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax of young male in the past two years received VATS by periareola incision in the author＇s department were selected.The clinical outcomes and operation experience were discussed.Result： All surgeries were successful without complications and the patients were satisfied with their incisions. All cases were followed with no recurrence.Conclusion： The surgery has been proved safe, reliable and worth using widely.
