围术期快速康复护理在提高胃肠手术患者疗效及术后恢复中作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨围术期快速康复护理在提高胃肠手术患者疗效及术后恢复中的作用。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年2月-2016年12月收治的100例胃肠手术患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,对照组50例,予以常规护理干预,研究组50例,予以围术期快速康复护理。比较两组患者首次排便时间、恢复流质饮食时间、首次排气时间、康复治疗开始时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果:研究组首次排便时间、恢复流质饮食时间、首次排气时间、康复治疗开始时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(8.00%)显著低于对照组(26.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量各维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围术期快速康复护理在在胃肠手术患者中应用可显著提高临床疗效,有助于加速胃肠道功能康复,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量。Objective： To investigate the effect of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing on improving the curative effect and postoperative recovery of patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Method： 100 cases of gastrointestinal surgery patients in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were randoirdy divided into control group and study group, 50 cases in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, the study group of 50 cases treated with perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing.The first defecation time, recovery liquid diet time, rehabilitation treatment start time, first exhaust time, ambulation time, hospitalization time, complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result： The first defecation time, the recovery of liquid diet time, the first exhaust time, the beginning time of rehabilitation treatment, the ambulation time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the study group（8.00%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（26.00%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing in gastrointestinal surgery patients can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, help to accelerate the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal function, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
