摘  要:目的:分析层流室全环境保护预防骨髓自体造血干细胞移植患者感染的作用。方法:选取2015年1-12月未采取层流室全环境保护措施的47例患者为对照组,选取2016年1-12月采取层流室全环境保护措施的47例患者为观察组,比较两组患者感染发生情况。结果:观察组无患者发生感染,感染率为0,对照组1例发生口腔感染,2例感染性高热,2例感染性腹泻,感染率为10.6%,两组感染率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:层流室全环境保护预防骨髓自体造血干细胞移植患者感染的效果较好,值得使用。Objective: To analyze the effect of laminar flow room full environmental protection in preventing infection of patients with bone marrow autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Method: 47 patients with no laminar flow room full environmental protection measures were enrolled in the control group from January 2015 to December 2015, 47 patients with laminar flow room fuU environmental protection measures from January 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled in the observation group, the incidence of infection in the two groups were compared.Result: No infection occurred in the observation group, the infection rate was 0, i patient had oral infection, 2 had infectious fever and 2 had infectious diarrhea in the control group, the infection rate was 10.6%, there was significant difference in infection rates between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Laminar flow room full of environmental protection is effective in preventing bone marrow autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.h is worth using.
