脐部贴敷加中药热熨对小儿风寒泻的辅助治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨脐部贴敷加中药热熨对小儿风寒泻的辅助治疗效果观察。方法:将64例风寒泻患儿随机分为两组,对照组采取西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗上采取脐部贴敷加中药热熨。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为97.05%,高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组腹痛缓解时间、大便好转时间及总病程均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脐部贴敷加中药热熨对于小儿风寒泻的治疗有明确疗效,操作简单易行,舒适无痛苦。Objective： To discuss the result of navel stick apply cooperate with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing adjuvantly in treatment of infantile diarrhea.Method： 64 cases of children with diarrhea were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with traditional treatment of western medicine, the treatment group was treated with the navel stick apply cooperate with TCM hot ironing on the traditional treatment of western medicine.Result： The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.05%, higher than 79.41% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The time of abdominal pain relief, improved bowel movement and total course in treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Navel stick apply cooperate with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing in the treatment of the infantile diarrhea has definite curative effect, easy to operate, comfort and pairdess.
