艾灸对功能性消化不良大鼠Cajal间质细胞C-KIT表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温和灸中脘穴对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠Cajal间质细胞C-KIT蛋白表达的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为空白组8只,将造模成功的16只大鼠随机分为模型组和艾灸组各8只。采用夹尾刺激法配合不规则饮食法制备FD大鼠模型,连续艾灸中脘穴3周,治疗结束后,取各组大鼠胃窦组织,用Western blot方法检测C-KIT含量。结果艾灸组大鼠胃窦组织中的Cajal间质细胞C-KIT表达量显著上升,与模型组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸中脘穴可升高大鼠胃窦组织中的Cajal间质细胞C-KIT表达量,能够有效促进胃排空,恢复FD模型大鼠胃动力和消化功能。Objective To observe the effect of moderate moxibustion on the expression of C- KIT in Cajal interstitial cells of rats with functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into blank group and model group, 8 rats in blank group. In addition to blank group, the remaining 22 rats were modeled and 16 successful rats were randomly divided into model group and moxibustion group. The rats model of FD was prepared by tail- cutting method and irregular diet method. After 3 weeks of treatment, the antral tissue of rats in each group was taken and the content of C- KIT was detected by Western blot. Results The expression of C- KIT in Cajal interstitial cells increased significantly in the antral tissue of moxibustion group, compared with model group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The results show that moxibustion can increase the expression of C- KIT in Cajal interstitial cells of gastric antral tissue in rats, which can effectively promote gastric emptying and restore the gastric motility and digestive function of FD rats.
