云南白药散剂加用中药经验方对小儿紫癜性肾炎尿RBC、PRO的影响

摘　　要：目的观察云南白药散剂加中药经验方对小儿风热伤络型紫癜性肾炎的尿红细胞(RBC)、尿蛋白(PRO)的影响。方法将80例符合纳入标准的患儿随机分为荆花消紫汤联合云南白药散剂治疗的治疗组和单用荆花消紫汤治疗的对照组,观察记录经3个月治疗前后患儿尿RBC、PRO的变化。结果治疗疗程结束后,治疗组与对照组病情均有明显好转(P<0.01),治疗组在疗程结束时尿RBC、PRO较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论治疗风热伤络型紫癜性肾炎的尿RBC、PRO方面,配合使用云南白药散效果明显优于单用荆花消紫汤。Objective To explore the effects ofYunnan Baiyao power combined with traditional Chinese medicine ex- perienced prescription on urinary red blood cells（RBC） and proteinuria （PRO） in children with purpuric nephritic.Methods 80 children with wind heat invading collaterals purpura nephritis were randmly divided into treatment group and control group, control group received Jinghua Xiaozi decoction, treatment group received Yunnan Baiyao powder on the basis of control group. To observe and record the changes of urinary RBC, PRO after 3 months of treatment. Results At the end of the treatment course, the condition in both groups improved significantly（P〈0.01 ）. The improvement of urinary RBC, PRO in treatment group was significantly better than control group（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of the combined use of Yunnan Baiyao powder is obviously better than the single use of Jinghua Xiaozi decoction in the curative effect of urinary RBC, PRO in heat impairing collaterals type of purpura nephritis.
