摘 要:恢复体验是心理层面上对休息的感知。研究采用问卷调查的方法对2600名中学生进行调查,目的在于探索学习投入与恢复体验的关系以及恢复体验的影响因素,并进一步分析恢复体验在影响因素和学习投入间的中介效应。结果表明:中学生恢复体验与学习投入呈显著正相关;一般自我效能感和分割倾向显著正向预测恢复体验,时间压力和班级竞争氛围显著负向预测恢复体验;一般自我效能感、时间压力、分割倾向和班级竞争氛围都能通过恢复体验影响中学生学习投入状态。Recovery experience is the psychological sense of rest. Using the questionnaire method to investigate 2600 secondary school students, the study aimed to explore the relationship between learning engagement and recovery experience as well as the influencing factors of the recovery experience, and further analysis of the mediating effect of recovery experience in influencing factors and learning engagement. The results showed that: The recovery experience of secondary school students had significant positive relationship with the learning engagement; General self-efficacy and segmentation tendency could significantly positively predict recovery experience, time pressure and class competition atmosphere could significantly negative predict recovery experience; General self-efficacy, time pressure, segmentation tendency and class competition atmosphere could affect the learning engagement through the recovery experience.
