新型蛋白粘胶纤维/丝光羊毛混纺衬衫面料开发

摘　　要：根据柔丝、粘胶、天丝、涤纶的性能特点,分别与丝光羊毛按一定的比例混合,设计柔丝/丝光羊毛、丝光羊毛/涤纶/粘胶、丝光羊毛/涤纶/天丝/弹性涤纶混纺和丝光羊毛纯纺纺纱、织造、后整理工艺,并对混纺纱和纯纺纱的性能进行测试,应用数理统计及SPSS软件对生产的衬衫面料进行性能测试与分析。结果表明:30/70柔丝/丝光羊毛混纺衬衫面料具有较优特性,外观平整、手感柔软、悬垂性好,适合做春秋衬衫。According to the properties of Rose,Tencel,viscose,polyester and experience of textile manufacturers,these fibers with several kinds of proportion were chosen to mix with mercerizing mercerized. Spinning technology, weaing technology and finishing tecnology of Rose, mercerized/polyester/viscose,mercerized/polyester/Tencel/PTT and pure mercerized was designed. Properties of blended yarn and pure yarn were tested and analyzed,properties of fabrics that were made from blended yarn or pure yarn were tested and analyzed. The results showed that： 30/70 Rose/mercerized fabric had a more prominent characteristics,such as more smooth appearance、softer、better drapability,it was very suitable for the spring and autumn shirt.
