摘 要:通过介绍电磁辐射对人体的危害及电磁屏蔽织物研究现状,对比不同电磁屏蔽织物屏蔽效能的重要性、影响因素以及基本屏蔽原理。对银纤维织物和金属镀层织物的结构进行分析,采用Keyence VK-X110型形状测量激光显微镜观察织物的组织结构以及纤维微观形态,借助小窗法电磁屏蔽效能测试仪测试织物的电磁屏蔽效能。通过对比不同织物的屏蔽效能和微观图像,结合电磁理论分析,得出混纺织物的屏蔽效能与组织结构中网眼空隙宽度、织物中导电纤维的间距和直径有密切关系;镀层织物的屏蔽效能高于混纺织物的屏蔽效能;含有吸波性能的镀层相比单一反射类型的镀层有更好的屏蔽效能。The harm of electromagnetic radiation to human body and the research status of electromagnetic shielding fabric were introduced in this paper. this paper discussed the importance,influence factors and basic shielding principle of electromagnetic shielding fabrics. the structure of silver fiber fabric and metal coated fabric were analyzed in this paper,the microstructure and morphology of the fabrics were observed by Keyence VK-X110 shape measuring laser microscope,electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of fabrics was tested by electromagnetic shielding effectiveness test apparatus. By comparing the shielding effectiveness and the microscopic images of different fabrics,the electromagnetic theory was analyzed, There was a close relationship between the conductive fiber blended fabric shielding effectiveness and mesh of fabric organization structure in the gap width,the diameter and spacing. The shielding effectiveness of the coating fabric was higher than that of the blended fabric. Coating with waveabsorbing materials was better than single reflective coating with better shielding effectiveness.
