摘　　要：为降低公司羊绒后整理双面呢成品米重的偏差,采用六西格玛管理理念,在产品质量改进过程中应用Minitab软件对生产过程中影响质量问题的关键因素进行了测量分析,运用正态分析、回归分析、控制图绘制以及过程能力指数等计算方法,判断出影响双面呢成品米重偏差的主要因素。以六西格玛和软件数据分析为主要依据,对影响成品米重偏差的重要因子加以改进控制,将车间生产西格玛水平从2.5σ提升到接近4σ,为产品质量改善提供了有效的数据参考,降低企业生产成本。In order to reduce the deviation of the Cashmere product Weight, the Six Sigma management concept was used to analyze the key factors affecting the quality in the process of product quality improvement by using Minitab software. Through Minitab software to analyze the data,using the normal analysis,regression analysis,control chart mapping and process capability index and other computing methods to determine the impact of double-sided product weight deviation of the main factors.Six Sigma and software data analysis were used as the main basis to improve the control of the important factors affecting the product weight deviation. The workshop production Sigma level was raised from 2. 5σ level to nearly 4 σ level,which provided effective data reference for product quality improvement,Reduce the production costs.
