摘 要:橡胶皮圈是纺织器材中的易损件之一,为进一步节能降耗,在研究影响橡胶皮圈使用寿命因素的基础上,通过对下橡胶皮圈架进行结构改造以减少橡胶皮圈摩擦阻力,达到了延长橡胶皮圈使用其寿命的目的。跟踪测试发现:采用改进的橡胶皮圈架结构,不仅没有恶化纱线条干质量指标及其稳定性,还降低了出现单锭纱线条干不匀的风险,且大幅度降低了橡胶皮圈的耗用量。Rubber ring was one of the wearing parts of textile equipments. In order to save energy and reduce consumption,in this paper,a variety of possible solutions were to be found out mainly from the factors that may affect the service life of rubber ring. Finally,through the improvement of the structure of low apron frame,to reduce the friction resistance of rubber ring,to achieve the extention of its life. In the tracking test,through improving the structure of rubber apron frame,the quality index of yarn evenness and stability were not deteriorated,the risk of unevenness for single spindle was also reduced.
