摘 要:探讨了羊毛纤维鳞片层不同剥离程度对羊毛衫吸湿排汗性能影响。研究表明,羊毛织物的吸湿回潮性能随着羊毛纤维鳞片层剥离程度的增加而提高,而羊毛织物的耐磨性能却随着羊毛纤维鳞片层剥离程度的增加而降低。羊毛纤维鳞片层重度剥离时织造的羊毛衫排汗舒适性最佳,刺痒感较弱,且这种舒适性在运动状态时表现的尤为明显,而在羊毛纤维鳞片层轻度剥离与中度剥离时,羊毛衫的排汗性能有所改善,但服装刺痒感明显。Moisture and perspire comfort of sweaters woven by wool fibers with different peeled off extent of scale were studied to research moisture and perspire properties influences of sweaters by wool fiber scale layer. Research showed that Properties of moisture absorption of wool fabric and moisture and perspire comfort of sweaters were all improved except wear resistance of wool fabric and tickling feeling with peeled off extent of scale increasing. Meanwhile,moisture and perspire comfort of the sweaters woven by the wool fibers in peeled off serious extent of scale were achieved the best state,especially in state of motion. On the other hand,moisture and perspire comfort of the sweaters woven by the wool fibers in peeled off low-grade and moderate extent of scale were improved,but tickling feeling were failed. It was believed that moisture and perspire comfort of the sweaters woven by the wool fibers in peeled off serious extent of scale were achieved the best state.
