摘　　要：河南省是全国重要的农业大省,农业科技创新工作对全省农业产业发展起到了重要的支撑作用。文章回顾了"十五"以来河南省农业科技创新工作所取得的成效,研究了河南省农业科技创新存在的问题,分析了河南省农业科技创新面临的形势,并提出了相关建议,即推进创新载体和平台建设,实施农业产业技术创新能力提升工程、百千万粮田丰产科技工程、主要农作物良种产业化工程等三大科技工程,构建现代农业育种技术体系、标准化生产技术体系、畜禽绿色高效养殖技术体系、农副产品加工技术体系和农业生产全程机械化信息化技术体系等五大技术创新体系,以期为促进河南省农业科技创新工作的开展提供参考。Henan is an important agricultural province in China. Agricultural science and technology innovation has played an important role in development of agricultural production. In order to provide reference for the development of agricultural science and technology innovation in Henan Province, the author made a general review of achievements, problems and status in agricuhnral science and technology innovation since the ＂10th Five-Year＂ period. The suggestions were put forward, including promoting construction of innovation carrier and platform, implementing agricultural industrial technology innovation capability enhancement project, farm high yield science and technology project and major crop improved variety industrialization project, building modem agricultural breeding technology system, standardization production technology system, green and high efficiency livestock and poultry breeding technology system, agricultural and sideline products processing technology system, complete mechanization and informatization agricuhural production technology system.
