关于加强省级农科院专业所科研管理队伍建设的思考——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘　　要：文章分析了江苏省农业科学院专业所科研管理队伍建设的现状及存在的科研管理人员大多非专业出身、流动性大、年轻化、职称晋升困难等问题,并在此基础上,提出了建立管理人员培训机制、加强所级科研管理队伍建设、完善职称评审制度和激励措施等加强专业所科研管理队伍建设的建议,以期提高管理能效,建立长效发展的专业所科研管理体系。The present situation and problems of scientific research management team construction in Jiangsu Academy oi Agricultural Sciences were summarized in the paper. The existing problems include non-management profession, strong mobility, young age and the promotion difficulties. Based on the analyzing, we provided some suggestions, including establishing training mechanism, strengthening the construction of management teams in institutes, improving evaluation system of professional title, and the improvement of incentive mechanism, in order to improve management efficiency, and establish a long-term developmental management system.
