摘 要:为揭示广东省物流业效率现状及其规律,运用DEA模型对广东省2005—2015年物流效率进行评价与分析,在此基础上利用Tobit回归模型分析广东物流效率与各个影响因素之间的相关性。结果表明,广东省物流业总体效率处于较高水平,少数年份的物流效率为DEA无效,物流业存在规模化程度不高等问题。进一步的投影分析表明,广东省物流业存在投入冗余、产出不足的现象,物流效率与区位优势、物流资源利用率和经济发展水平呈正相关,其中区位优势和物流资源利用率对物流效率的影响更大,并针对分析结论提出相关政策措施,为有效提高广东省物流效率提供参考。Using the DEA model, this paper analyzes the efficiency of the logistics industry in Guangdong province from 2005 to 2015. The Tobit model is also applied to find correlations between the efficiency and other influencing factors. This paper finds such problems as invalid data for the DEA model and the relatively small industrial scale of logistics, despite the fact that industry is running in a highly efficient manner in this province. With a further projection analysis, it obtains the results from two perspectives. First, redundant logistics inputs yield insufficient outputs. Second, the efficiency correlates positively with three factors, including location advantages, logistics resource utilization and local economic development, particularly the location and the resource utilization. Based on the findings, this paper has proposed policies and measures to improve logistics efficiency in the province.
