摘 要:我国实施的"一带一路"倡议和"长江经济带"发展战略,进一步促进了以武汉为中心的中部地区与欧盟之间的贸易往来,基于多式联运的武汉至欧洲国际集装箱班列也应运而生。为充分发挥集装箱多式联运优势,满足日益增长的中欧运输需求,以武汉到欧洲的国际集装箱多式联运线路为研究对象,从运行时间和费用2个角度建立多式联运总费用和总时间最小的动态分析模型,根据蚁群算法原理,采用Matlab开发程序得出基于客户需求的武汉至欧洲国际集装箱多式联运最优线路推荐方案,最后用LINGO 15.0编程和穷尽例举法验证结果,为发展武汉与欧洲的贸易关系提供理论支持。The trade between central China, where Wuhan is dubbed the communications hub, and the European Union has been booming thanks to the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Delta economic zone project. The prosperity has led to the construction of an international container line which features multimodal transport. This paper conducts a dynamic analysis of this transport line that connects Wuhan and cities in Europe from the two perspectives including transport time and operating costs in the multimodal scenario. According to ant colony algorithm, it uses the MATLAB development program to plan the optimal route for customers. In the end, the result is validated with LINGO 15.0 program and the exhaustive enumeration method. The finding is expected to provide theoretical support for the trade partnership between Wuhan and Europe.
