摘 要:对石油树脂(PR)/氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)复合材料的性能进行研究,并将其用于高阻尼桥梁支座的制作。结果表明:相比于未加PR的CIIR硫化胶,PR/CIIR复合材料的损耗峰向高温方向移动,有效阻尼温域得到拓宽;随着PR用量的增大,PR/CIIR复合材料的拉伸强度和压缩模量逐渐减小,拉断伸长率和压缩永久变形不断增大;当PR用量为10份时,复合材料的压缩模量最大,压缩永久变形较小,阻尼温域得到拓宽,且拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均满足交通部标准要求,用其制作的高阻尼桥梁支座的竖向刚度和水平等效刚度也达到标准要求。The properties of petroleum resin(PR)/chlorinated butyl rubber(CIIR)composite were studied,and a high damping seismic isolation rubber bearing with PR/CIIR composite was made. The results showed that,the dynamic loss factor peaks of PR/CIIR composite were broadened and moved to high temperature area compared with those of CIIR vulcanizate without PR. With the increase of PR content,the tensile strength and compression modulus of PR/CIIR composite decreased gradually,but elongation at break and compression set increased significantly. When the addition level of PR was 10 phr,the PR/CIIR composite had the maximum compression modulus and small compression set,the damping temperature range was broadened,the tensile strength and elongation at break met the requirements of standards set by the Ministry of Transport of China,and the vertical stiffness and equivalent lateral stiffness of the high damping seismic isolation rubber bearing produced by using the PR/CIIR composite also met the requirements of standards.
