摘 要:模块化设计有利于简化产品的制造和装配,降低供应链成本,提高产品的可维护性。而绿色模块化设计将拆解、回收等生命周期因素在产品概念设计阶段进行考虑,有利于提高产品的生命周期可持续性。针对传统绿色综合模块化和约束模块化不能处理产品重设计问题的不足,提出基于相似性和独立性分析的绿色模块化重设计方法。首先建立了9个零件间的环境属性指数;设计了基于相似性和独立性分析方法识别可进行重设计的零/部件;进而探讨绿色模块化设计指南;并采用模糊综合评价法进行设计方案的对比评价;最后以饮水机绿色模块化重设计为实例,证明了设计方法的有效性。Modular design can facilitate simplifying the manufacturing and assembling of product, reducing the cost of supply chain and improving maintainability. Whereas, green modular design takes disassembly and recycle life cycle factors into account in the product conceptual design,which enhances sustainability of product life cycle. For the deficiency of traditional green com- prehensive modularization and constraint-based modularization that can' t support the redesign of product, propose the product re- design methodology for green modularization based on similarity and independence analysis. Firstly, nine environmental attribute indexes between components are established. After that, similarity and independence analysis of module are implemented to identi- fy the components that need to be redesigned. Then, guidelines of green modularization are investigated. The design solutions are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In the end, the proposed methodology is illustrated by an example of water fountain.
