摘  要:脱空直接影响路面工作性能。《公路水泥混凝土路面设计规范》(JTG H20-2007)中给出了水泥混凝土板脱空测试以及判别方法,但该规范中并没有给出脱空的判别指标和判别标准。《公路水泥混凝土路面养护技术规范》(JTJ 073.1-2001)推荐的0.2mm有必要根据各地区实际的路面结构进行调整。文中利用有限元对季冻区水泥混凝土路面结构进行建模,得出适用于季冻区水泥混凝土路面板底脱空的判别标准推荐范围,并对鹤大高速进行弯沉检查及现场取芯验证,从而更准确地评价季冻区水泥混凝土路面板底脱空状况。Void beneath the pavement directly affects the pavement performance. Specification for Design of Highway Cement Concrete Pavement has provided test and identification method of void beneath the cement concrete slab, but the specification does not give judging index and criteria. The 0.2mm index recommended in the Technical Specification for Maintenance of Highway Cement Concrete Pavement shall be adjusted according to the actual pavement structure in various areas. In this paper finite element is used to model the cement concrete pavement structure in seasonal frozen area, and the suitable range of identifying the void beneath the cement concrete slab is obtained. On the basis, deflection check and field coring are made to the Hegang-Dalian Expressway to more accurately judge and evaluate the situations of void beneath the cementconcrete slab in seasonal frozen area.
