描摹技术在造口袋底盘裁剪的应用

摘　　要：目的:采取两种造口袋底盘裁剪的方法,探讨快捷、准确裁剪造口袋底盘而且受试者掌握的。方法:对自愿参加测试的60名患儿家属分别对规则单腔造口、不规则单腔造口、规则双腔造口和不规则双腔造口采用专用造口测量尺测量造口大小后根据测量数据裁剪造口袋底盘的方法和利用双层透明膜描摹造口,根据造口描摹的形状、大小裁剪造口袋底盘,对比两种方法在造口底盘裁剪耗费时间、一次裁剪成功率。结果:采用双层透明膜描摹造口,根据描摹大小和形象进行造口袋底盘裁剪的方法,更有效缩短剪裁底盘耗费的时间,提高底盘开口一次性剪裁成功率。结论:描摹技术具有受试者容易掌握等优点,尤其适用于利用测量法难于裁剪的双造口及不规则造口患者,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To discuss the fast and accurate tailoring of the pocket chassis method and the method mastered by the subjects.Methods： The rule single cavity stoma, the irregular single cavity stoma, the regular double cavity stoma and the irregular double cavity stoma are measured respectively by the special stoma measurement ruler in the families of 60 children who voluntarily participated in the test.After measuring the size of stoma,the method of tailoring pocket chassis and the double transparent membrane were used to cut the stoma according to the measured data.According to the shape and size of stoma, the pocket chassis was cut,then the tailoring time of the ostomy chassis and the one cut success rate of the two groups were compared.Results：Double transparen~ membrane porostomy, method of cutting the chassis according to the size of the chassis description and image, can effectively shorten cutting chassis time, and improve the success rate of one-time cut of the chassis openings.Conclusion： With the advantage of the subjects easy to grasp, tracing technique is especially suitable for patients with double stoma and irregular stoma difficult to cut by measuring method,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
