结肠灌注水疗仪防治肛肠外科术后便秘的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:分析肛肠外科手术患者采用结肠灌注水疗仪防治便秘过程中的护理方法。方法:选择某院收治的60例肛肠外科手术病患参与研究,随机分成常规组与研究组各30例,常规组为常规护理,研究组给予综合护理,比较两组便秘发生率、排便间隔时间、清肠质量评分。结果:便秘发生率:研究组、常规组分别为3.33%、23.33%,前者低于后者,组别间比较具有差异性(P<0.05);研究组平均排便间隔时间小于常规组,对比有差异(P<0.05);研究组清肠质量评分比常规组高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结肠灌注水疗仪在肛肠外科术后便秘中的防治效果较好,同时辅以综合护理,能有效降低术后便秘发生风险,提升清肠质量。Objective：To analyze the nursing methods of colon perfusion hydrotherapy instrument in the prevention and treatment of constipation after anorectal surgery.Methods： 60 patients treated with anorectal surgery in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into routine group and study group, with 30 cases in each group.The routine group were given routine nursing while the study group were given comprehensive nursing.The incidence of constipation, defecation interval and rectum-cleaning quality score were compared between the two groups.Results：The incidence of constipation in the the study group was lower than that in the routine group （3.33% vs 23.33%） （P〈0.05） ; The average defecation interval of study group was shorter than that of routine group （P〈0.05）;The rectum-cleaning quality score in the study group was higher than that in the routine group, with statistical significance （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of colon perfu- sion hydrotherapy instrument in the prevention and treatment of constipation after anorectal surgery is good. Combined with comprehensive nursing, the risk of constipation can be effectively reduced and the rectumcleaning quality can be improved.
