摘 要:麻类纤维强度高、吸湿性好、导热性强,是夏季面料和西装面料的优质原料,但是纤维刚性大,其弹性和伸长小,故纤维可纺性差。对无油精干麻进行碱法改性,用纤维长度、细度、强伸性能指标来评价改性效果,探讨助剂在碱法改性中的作用。试验结果表明:NaOH质量浓度10 g/L,改性时间90 min,改性温度80℃时,添加助剂的改性纤维断裂强度提升1.3%,断裂伸长率提高了26.1%,纤维可纺性得到改善。Hemp fiber is a good fabric for summer and suits with its high intensity, good hygroscopicity and thermal conductivity, except for its poor spinnability with big rigidity, small elasticity and little elongation. The oil-free hemp is treated with alkali modification, and the effect is evaluated by the indicators such as length, fineness and tensile strength to explore the effect of auxiliaries in alkali modification. The results show that the spinnability of the modified fiber can be improved with breaking strength increased by 1.3% and breaking elongation increased by 26.1% with alkali concentration of 10 g/L and treating at 80℃ for 90 rain.
