高支高密多结构嵌条提花时装面料的设计与生产

摘　　要：选用精梳低特紧密纺棉纱线开发高支高密多结构嵌条提花时装面料。设计了织物的组织结构、原料选用、经纬向配色、织物规格及上机工艺;针对面料特点及性能要求,在漂染、络筒、整经、浆纱及剑杆织造等主要工序采取相应技术措施,保证了产品顺利投产,并获得了较稳定的产品质量。The high-count ＆ high-density fashion fabric with molding ＆ jacquard structure is developed using low combed spinning cotton yarn, and the organization structure, raw material selection, warp and weft color matching and fabric specification are discussed. According to the characteristics and performance requirements of the fabric, the appropriate technical measures are taken in the main processes of dyeing, winding, warping, sizing and rapier weaving so as to effectively ensure the smooth operation and stable product quality.
