摘 要:现有的包缠纺纱机占地空间大、设备复杂、价格较高,不适合试验室研究和小型工厂打样。通过分析包缠纱的形成原理,将包缠纺纱机简化为退绕系统、包缠系统和卷绕系统3个系统,研制了体积小、灵活性更好的小样机。介绍了研制的包缠纱花式线小样机的制作过程及其主要结构,调试并分析了小样机的包缠效果。The current coating yarn machine usually is a kind of equipment with larger space occupation, and complex design and high pric, which is not suitable for laboratory research and small factory sampling. By analyzing the forming principle of the covered yarn, the machine can be simplified into three parts as unwinding system, cladding system and winding system. A small sampling machine with small volume and better flexibility is developed. The production process and the main structure of the chandelier yarn prototype are debugged, and its coating effect is adjusted and analyzed.
