摘 要:为探究生物基聚酰胺56分子结构及不同加工工艺参数对其结晶行为的影响,采用X射线衍射法研究不同品种聚酰胺和生物基聚酰胺56的预取向丝(POY)、拉伸变形丝(DTY)、全拉伸丝(FDY)长丝的结晶特征,并通过差示扫描量热仪测试进一步分析了生物基聚酰胺56不同冷却速率工艺条件下的结晶行为。结果表明:与聚酰胺6和聚酰胺66相比,生物基聚酰胺56纤维结晶不完善,其结晶度和取向度最低,分别为49.56%和76.78%;不同加工方式的生物基聚酰胺56中POY长丝结晶不完善,其晶面方向一致性较差;随冷却速率的增加,生物基聚酰胺56的结晶速率加快,当温度降至210℃左右时结晶速率达到最大,且冷却速率越快其形成的球晶晶体尺寸越小。In order to study the influence of molecular structure and different processing parameters on the crystallization behavior of polyamide 56 fibers,the crystallization characteristics of different kinds of polyamides and bio-based polyamide 56 fibers by different processing ways were investigated by X ray diffraction.The crystallization behaviors of polyamide 56 under different cooling rates were also analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter test.The results show that,compared with polyamide 6 and polyamide 66,the crystallization of bio-based polyamide 56 fiber is not perfect.The crystallinity and degree of orientation in crystalline region of bio-based polyamide 56 fiber are the lowest as 49.56% and 76.78%,respectively.Different processing ways of bio-based polyamide 56 fiber will result in different crystallization behaviors.The crystallization of pre-oriented yarn filament in the bio-based polyamide 56 filaments by different processing ways is not perfect,and the direction uniformity of the crystal faces is poor.The crystallization rate of bio-based polyamide 56 increases with the increase of the cooling rate and the crystallization rate reaches the maximum value when the temperature drops to about 210 ℃.Furthermore,The faster the cooling rate is,the smaller the formation of the spherulite size is.
