摘  要:为在羽毛表面引入新的氧化还原表面引发聚合体系,利用巯基乙酸将羽毛中的二硫键还原成巯基,使巯基与溶液中的过硫酸钾构成氧化-还原引发体系,实现油溶性单体甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)在羽毛表面的引发接枝聚合,制得含环氧基的羽毛接枝共聚物。采用了红外光谱、扫描电镜及热重分析对改性前后的羽毛进行表征。研究了单体浓度、引发剂浓度和反应温度对羽毛表面接枝聚合的影响。研究结果表明:巯基与过硫酸钾可顺利引发GMA在水介质中的接枝聚合;最佳接枝聚合工艺条件为单体浓度0.55 mol/L、引发剂浓度2.6 mmol/L、温度40℃;所制备的羽毛接枝共聚物的接枝率最高可达185.8%;与羽毛相比,热稳定性降低。In order to introduce a new redox surface initiating system on the feather surface,mercaptoacetic acid was used to reduce the disulfide bond in the feather into mercapto,so that mercapto groups and potassium persulfate(KPS) dissolved in the solution constitute a new redox surface initiating system,the graft-polymerization of glycidyl methacrylate(GMA) in the aqueous solvent was realized to obtained the grafted polymer Feather-g-PGMA.The modified feathers were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy and thermal gravimetry.The influence of monomer concentration,initiator concentration and temperature on the feather grafting were discussed.Experimental results show that the —SH and KPS can smoothly initiate the graft-polymerization of GMA on the surface of feather in aqueous solvent,the optimum conditions of graft-modified feather that monomer concentration is 0.55 mol/L,the initiator concentration is 2.6 mmol/L and temperature is 40℃.The grafting rate of feather-g-PGMA is up to 185.8%,and the thermal stability of feather grafted PGMA is decreased.
