摘  要:目的:为了更好的评估治疗前后激光的疗效,我们利用高频超声设备,探讨儿童的正常皮肤厚度和密度与不同年龄和不同性别的相关性。方法:以在我科治疗的98例患儿为研究对象,采用高频超声(丹麦高特司科技公司Derma Lab Combo皮肤生理检测仪)测量全部患儿正常皮肤的厚度及密度,检查皮肤厚度在不同年龄、不同性别之间的差异是否有统计学意义。结果:在不同年龄组,皮肤厚度及密度有明显差异(P<0.05);皮肤厚度及密度在不同性别间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:高频超声可以准确测量儿童的正常皮肤的厚度及密度。皮肤厚度和皮肤的密度与年龄之间有相关性,而与性别无关。Objective:Investigate the correlation of healthy skin echogenicity and thickness at different ages and genders by high-frequency ultrasound to evaluate the efficacy of laser before and after treatment. Methods:A total of 98 Chinese children in my department were selected, whose healthy skin echogenicity and thickness were measured by using high-frequency ultrasound (DermaLab Combo, Cortex, Denmark ) to examine whether there was statistical difference in skin thickness among different ages and genders. Results:There was statistical difference in skin echoge- nicity and thickness among different age groups (P〈0.05) ; there was no statistical difference in skin echogenicity and thickness between different genders (P〉0.05). Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasound can accurately measure the healthy skin echogenicity and thickness of Chinese children. Skin echogenicity and skin thickness are not correlated with genders, but with ages.
