红花黄色素改善急性脑梗死患者脑灌注的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究红花黄色素对急性脑梗死患者脑灌注的改善作用。方法:选取急性期脑梗死患者60例。随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。两组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用注射用红花黄色素100 mg·d^(-1),静脉滴注,连续治疗14 d。分别记录2组治疗前后神经功能缺血评分(NIHSS评分)和脑血流丧失指数(rCBFLI)。结果:红花黄色素可明显改善NIHSS评分,降低rCBFLI。结论:红花黄色素可有效改善急性脑梗死患者的脑灌注,保护神经细胞,改善神经功能缺损,提高生存质量,值得临床推广。Objective：To study the effect of Safflower yellow pigment on improving the cerebral perfussion in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods：60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with injections of safflower yellow pigment 100 mg·d^（-1） beside the conventional treatment,intravenous infusion,for 14 days in a row.Record neural function score with NIHSS and cerebral blood flow loss index（rCBFLI） before and after treatment.Results：safflower yellow pigment can significantly improve the NIHSS scores,lower rCBFLI.Conclusion：safflower yellow pigment can improve the cerebral perfusion in patients with acute cerebral infarction,protect nerve cells and improve neuro function and improve the life quality,which make it worthy of clinical promotion.
