复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠治疗IIIA型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将420例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为3组:口服药物组、西药直肠给药组和中药直肠给药组,每组140例。口服药物组口服盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊;西药直肠给药组给予康列舒纳米银抗菌凝胶肛门给药;中药直肠给药组给予复方黄柏液保留灌肠。观察治疗前后NIH-CPSI评分、EPS常规白细胞计数量化评分以及临床疗效情况。结果:各组治疗后NIH-CPSI评分及EPS常规白细胞计数量化评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。中药直肠给药组更为显著,优于口服药物组及西药直肠给药组(P<0.05)。口服药物组总有效率为74.6%;西药直肠给药组总有效率为79.6%;中药直肠给药组总有效率为97.1%;中药直肠给药组明显高于西药直肠给药组和口服药物组(P<0.01)。结论:复方黄柏液涂剂保留灌肠治疗IIIA型前列腺炎疗效确切,可有效缓解前列腺炎患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Ye Paints on treating type IIIA chronic prostatitis.Methods：420 patients with chronic prostatitis were divided randomly into three groups：oral drug group,western medicine enema group and traditional Chinese medicine enema group,each group consisting of 140 patients.Oral drug group was treated with tamsulosin,western medicine enema group was treated anus administration with Kang Lieshu nano silver antibacterial gel,and traditional Chinese medicine enema group was treated retention enema with Compound Cortex Phellodendri Ye Paints.NIH-CPSI score,white blood cells（WBC） count in prostatic secretion and total effective rate of each patient before and after the treatment were recorded and observed.Results：NIH-CPSI score and WBC count of the three groups reduced after treatment（P0.05）,and the traditional Chinese medicine enema group showed better improvement than the other two groups（P0.05）.The total effective rate of oral drug group was 74.6%,while western medicine enema group was 79.6% and traditional Chinese medicine enema group was 97.1%.Compared with oral drug group and western medicine enema group,the clinical results of traditional Chinese medicine enema group showed a significant improvement（P0.01）.Conclusion：Retention Enema with Compound Cortex Phellodendri Ye Paints was proved to be a curative therapy for treating type IIIA chronic prostatitis by relieving clinical symptoms and enhancing the quality of life.
