复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷治疗湿热下注型肛门湿疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷治疗湿热下注型肛门湿疹的临床效果。方法:选取160例患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别用复方黄柏液涂剂和2%硼酸溶液进行肛门局部湿敷,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为91.25%和83.75%。治疗后,治疗组和对照组的生活质量评分分别为(79.47±4.73)和(69.27±7.85)。两组患者治疗后临床症状体征评分以及生活质量评分均有统计学显著差异。结论:复方黄柏液涂剂湿敷治疗湿热下注型肛门湿疹疗效可靠,为治疗肛门湿疹的有效方法之一。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of wet packing of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Fluid on Hot and humid bet type anal eczema.Methods：A total of 160 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,which were treated with wet packing of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Fluid and 2% Boric acid solution on anus,respectively.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results：Patients of two groups both received a one-month treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.25% while that of the control group was 83.75%.Quality of life score：after treatment,the treatment group was（79.47±4.73）,and the control group was（69.27±7.85）.There were significant statistical differences in clinical symptom score and quality of life scores between the two groups.Conclusion：This study demonstrate that wet packing of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Fluid to treat anal eczema is effective and accountable.
