摘　　要：近日,《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》正式通过。该法是促进我国公共图书馆事业法治化发展的重要里程碑,并首次以法律形式对国家图书馆的职能、任务进行了明确界定。本文对照国外关于国家图书馆立法的相关规定,对我国《公共图书馆法》中关于国家图书馆履行独特职能、接受出版物缴送、发挥公共图书馆功能等相关规定进行论述。Recently,the Public Library Law of People＇s Republic of China was formally adopted. This law is a milestone to promote the legal development of the public library business in China,and it is the first time to define the functions and tasks of the National Library through the legal form. With comparing the relevant provisions of the national legislation of library,this paper expounds the Public Library Law of China on the National Library about performing unique functions,accepting legal deposit copies of publication,playing the function of public library and other related provisions.
