针刺联合桂枝芍药知母汤治疗膝骨关节炎35例

摘　　要：目的观察桂枝芍药知母汤与针刺联合对膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效影响。方法选择符合标准的膝关节骨性关节炎患者70例,将其随机等分入对照组与实验组,对照组患者口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,实验组则使用桂枝芍药知母汤和针刺,10次为一个疗程,一个疗程后,对患者进行评估。结果所有患者的评分均较治疗前有差异(P<0.05),但实验组较对照组改善明显。尤其是Lysholm评分及WOMAC评分,实验组较对照组有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论针刺联合桂枝芍药知母汤能缓解膝骨关节炎患者的疼痛,并能改善其膝关节的功能,且改善程度优于止痛药。Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction on knee osteoarthritis. Methods 70 patients who sufferred from knee osteoarthritis in accordance with the standards were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules, and the experimental group used acupuncture combined with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction, and 10 times was a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, patients were evaluated. Results The score of all patients was different from that before treatment （ P 〈0. 05 ）, but the score of the experimental group was significantly improved comparing with the control group. Espeeially the Lysholm score and WOMAC score between the experimental group and the control group had obvious difference （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with combined with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu decoction can not only relieve the pain of knee osteoarthritis patients, but also improve the function of knee joint.
