喉炎丸联合头孢羟氨苄治疗慢性萎缩性喉炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察喉炎丸联合头孢羟氨苄治疗慢性萎缩性喉炎的临床疗效。方法 76例慢性萎缩性喉炎患者随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(38例)。治疗组采用喉炎丸联合头孢羟氨苄治疗,对照组采用头孢羟氨苄进行治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为94.7%,明显高于对照组的86.8%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉炎丸联合头孢羟氨苄治疗慢性萎缩性喉炎疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Houyan pill combined with spore hydroxylamine benzyl in the treatment of atrophic laryngitis. Methods 76 cases of atrophic laryngitis patients from the first affiliated hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Houyan pill, while the treatment group was treated with Houyan pill combined with spore hydroxylamine benzyl. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 94.7% which was significantly higher than 86. 8% of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Houyan pill combined with spore hydroxylamine benzyl in the treatment of atrophic laryngitis is remarkable.
